Arts Grant Expenditure 2000-2001

Here is the final balance for our Arts Grant Expenditure. From the grant of £340 for the purchase of a Mini-Display Kit, Carrying Case and money for Materials, Advertising & Publicity, I have already sent paperwork to cover the purchase of the display kit and carrying case (£227.55). We have actually spent well in excess of the remaining £112.45 on advertising, publicity and other materials. Some of the items that our treasurer has identified are

15/06/00: Purchase of stationary materials and printing of posters, publicity leaflets, information sent out to participating schools £63.09 paid to Sandy Robertson

15/07/00: Miscellaneous expenses for laminating of posters, materials for noticeboards etc £18.14 paid to David S Brookes (e-mail of 8/7/2000 to Mike Butler)

12/10/00: Adverts in the Staffordshire Newsletter for members. £17.35 (supporting paperwork enclosed: 1)

12/10/00: Adverts in the Express & Star for members. £9.05 (supporting paperwork enclosed: 2)

11/01/01: Advert in the Brewood Parish Magazine - general advert informing of the availability of the Singers to perform concerts and advertising for members. £30 (supporting paperwork enclosed: 3)

07/02/02: Stationary for Leaflets and Printing of the 2001 Brewood Singers Brochure, General posters for display throughout the Midlands in libraries, community halls, other public places. £71.32 (supporting paperwork enclosed: 4)

10/02/01: Advert in the Express & Star advertising for two new members (tenors) - 4 nights E&S, 1 night W'ton Chronicle, 1 night Walsall Chronicle. £24.91 (supporting paperwork enclosed: 5)

17/02/01: Advert in the Village News advertising forthcoming concerts and membership. £67.50 (supporting paperwork enclosed: 6)
